SooToday.com received the following note from faithful reader and concerned animal lover Susanne Myers-Bugyra about an injured fox she spotted near Fourth Line.
***************************** This poor fox has an injured leg and has been in the Fourth Line West/ Moss Road area for some time.
The Humane Society refuses to come help this animal, the Ministry of Natural Resources bear line won't do anything because it is a fox, and there isn't a conservation office available on the weekends either.
So, my dog and my granddaughters can't go outside as the fox is always around the yard.
The Humane Society says they have received [calls] about this poor animal, but they don't have the 'equipment' to help the fox.
Right now the fox is living under one of my campers in the back yard.
