************************* There were two reports of mischief yesterday:
- A shed at a residence in the 100 block of Rushmere Drive was damaged.
- The wooden bear carvings on Foster Drive (near the Civic Centre) were damaged.
************************* The Fire Marshall’s Office and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are still investigating a suspicious fire that occurred yesterday morning at 75 Edinburgh Street.
The fire caused extensive damage to the second floor of the building.
************************* City police received two reports of break and enters yesterday.
Apartments were entered in the 100 block of Manilla Terrace and the 100 block of Carufel Avenue.
It is unknown at this time what was stolen.
Anyone with information on any of these crimes is asked to call Crime Stoppers of the Sault Ste Marie Police.
