My Son Matthew Garofalo and his friend Phoebe Fisher worked very hard on this unique snow project and I thought I would share this.

Since it’s completion late yesterday afternoon it has received a lot of second and third glances and I am not sure if there have been appreciative parties to it’s use at this point but we sure hope so.

We live near Algoma University and we see all kinds of students and neighbours walking along Hugill Street on their way to the Churchill Plaza or Pino’s.

Matthew thought they could use a break and have a rest along the way.

The kids even put some pine boughs on the seat to be a bit warmer while they rested, and it has a foot rest as well.

I think it is indicative of getting ready for Bon Soo and look forward to the snow and ice sculptures to come!

The kids have thought about “icing” it so it stays long term, or as long as the weather allows! We will see if they do . . . enjoy!
