NEWS RELEASE

************************* Darren Wilson, age 40, of 38 Pontiac Street will be appearing in bail cort today. It is alleged that last evening at approximately 11 p.m. the accused attended an address on Chapple Street in an intoxicated condition.

At the time of this incident Mr. Wilson was on probation with conditions to remain away from Chapple Street and not to consume alcohol.

As a result Mr. Wilson is charged with two counts of breach of probation.
