MACDONALD TOWNSHIP, ON - A two-vehicle collision on Highway 638 in MacDonald Township yesterday evening around 7:30 p.m. sent two passengers to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

A pickup truck was traveling southbound on Highway 638 when the driver of another pickup truck traveling northbound with two passengers lost control of his truck on a patch of slush and went into the southbound lane causing both vehicles to collide head on.

Both vehicles sustained heavy damage. Further investigation revealed that the driver of the southbound pickup truck did not have any insurance on his vehicle.

He is to appear in court on April 28.

Renner was also charged with not having currently validated license plates under the Highway Traffic Act.
