Skimming device found on Capp Ave ATM. Two arrested

**************************** Two persons were arrested on the 18th of October at 12:23 p.m. on Trunk Road, both charged with one count of possessing credit card data and one count of possession of an instrument for use in forging credit cards.

It is alleged that on the 18th of October just before noon, City Police received information that a skimming device was found on the TD ATM on Capp Avenue.

Officers investigating the incident located the skimming device on the ATM and shortly afterwards checked a vehicle in the area with the two accused persons inside.

Police located devices used in the forging and falsifying of credit cards and also data skimmed by these devices inside their vehicle.

Charged are 40-year-old Jivco Licov (male) of 6347 Armstrong Drive in Niagara Falls, Ontario and 29-year-old Diana Ivanova of 61 Guildcrest Drive in Scarborough Ontario.
