************************* A 14-year-old male youth was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on the 19th of December at the City Police station and charged with one count of mischief under $5,000.

It is alleged that on the 12th of December at approximately 9:04 p.m. the accused was leaving an apartment complex on Chapple Street when he smashed the foyer window by kicking it out.

He is to appear in court on the 29th of January.

************************* A glass door at an apartment complex on Northern Avenue was kicked in and smashed sometime overnight on the 18th-19th of December.

************************* There was an entrance window broken at the TD Canada Trust at the Cambrian Mall sometime overnight on the 18th-19th of December.

No entry was gained.
