************************* Male charged with impaired

HORNEPAYNE, ON - On January 22, 2010, at approximately 2:45 a.m. Superior East OPP in Hornepayne observed a vehicle operating in an erratic manner on Front Street.

Officers stopped a grey Chevrolet Sonoma being operated by a male subject.

Subsequent investigation resulted in Shane Alexander Mitchell, age 31 years, of Toronto, Ontario being charged with the following criminal code charges"

- Impaired operation of a motor vehicle

- Exceed 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

He will appear in Hornepayne criminal court at a later date to answer to the charges.
