************************* City Police announced this morning that they have rounded up a second suspect wanted in connection with an April 21 robbery in which a ring was stolen from a man who was showing it to a prospective buyer in the parking lot of a downtown apartment complex.

"The second male wanted for this incident was located and arrested yesterday afternoon at 1:25 p.m. on Pine Street," police said in a written statement.

"Tyler Taylor, age 19, of #13-157 Willow Avenue has been charged with one count of robbery, one count of theft under $5,000, one count of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of breach of probation. He is to appear in court on the 12th of July.
