OPP NEWS RELEASE
************************* ELLIOT LAKE, ON - On Monday, April 2 the East Algoma OPP arrested and charged a second man regarding a complaint received February 2007.
Charged with two counts of sexual assault is Joseph Ascenzo (21) of Toronto.
Ascenzo is scheduled to appear in court in Elliot Lake on July 3, 2007.
