************************* SAULT STE. MARIE, ON - On Sunday, January 16, 2011, at 4 a.m. a Sault Ste. Marie OPP officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for speeding on Great Northern Road at Third Line.

Further investigation revealed that the driver had been consuming alcohol.

Arrested and charged with driving with over 80 milligrams of alcohol is 19-year-old Scott William Cudmore of Goulais Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, ON.

The accused was released on a promise to appear for court on Monday, February 14, 2011.
