Due to icy road conditions and in the interest of safety, transportation is cancelled in the Central Algoma area today. 
 
Most schools will remain open. 
 
This involves Central Algoma Secondary school, Arthur Henderson, Echo Bay Public, Johnson-Tarbutt, St. Joseph Island and Thessalon Public schools.
