The first volleys have been fired in a war of words that could sweep across this city’s signs.
The idea comes from Virginia and a viral Facebook page called ‘Christiansburg, VA Sign War’ that appears to have started with a snarky back and forth between a local shoe store and a music outlet.
It appears to be starting here, as Paul Coccimiglio of Queen Street watering hole Coch’s Corner made the first move in the Sault yesterday, and SooToday has now fired back.
Will more in the Sault take up the challenge? Let’s hope so.
