Shoppers Drug Mart at the Cambrian Mall advises SooToday.com that it will be staying open past midnight tonight to launch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
"We normally close at midnight," said store manager Georgina Veith, "but we are having a Harry Potter release tonight."
"I have 144 copies - none of which are pre-sold," Veith said.
"I had ordered 400 copies, but could only get 144 in."
"The book is being sold for $26.99."
Customers can trade in Optimum points for the purchase, Veith said.
