SooToday received the following message from the city's newly elected Member of Provincial Parliament, Ross Romano.

Dear Constituents,

For six months, our campaign team worked tirelessly to gain the opportunity to work for you, the people of Sault Ste. Marie. On June 1, you gave us that opportunity.

Firstly, I want to thank all of the volunteers who gave so much of their time and energy to the campaign to help us in our quest to improve our city. I want to thank all of our supporters for entrusting our team with the responsibility of making good on our promise to fight for the people of Sault Ste. Marie. Meaningful change is not a question of if, but it is a question of when, and the time is now.

I am happy to announce that I was officially sworn in as your Member of Provincial Parliament this past Friday, June 23, and that our fully staffed constituency office opened for business on Monday, June 26. Our office contact information and hours of operation are as follows:
