This is a description of an unplanned power interruption(s) that recently affected PUC Distribution customers in Sault Ste. Marie.

Interruption Date: June 15, 2009

Start: 5:18 PM Restored at: 5:29 PM # of Customers: 565

Start: 5:18 PM Restored at: 5:37 PM # of Customers: 411

Cause Equipment failure - failed high voltage switch

Description of area involved

Brock St. east to Simpson St., Euclid St,. south to river including Hospitals.

Power has been restored to all customers.

If you are still without power please call the PUC Emergency number at 759-6555.
