Sault College has implemented a vaccination policy that will see employees and "others wishing to access campus" to be vaccinated or qualify for approved exemptions.

The College made the announcement in a release issued late Thursday afternoon.

As part of the policy, anyone with one dose of a two-dose vaccine will be allowed on campus and given a grace period in order to get their second dose.

Details on how long the grace period would be were not disclosed.

Sault College will also have additional guidelines in place on campus, including masking indoors.

The campus is open only to staff, students, and "others who are required to be on campus for a defined business purpose" with the vaccination requirements applying to all those on campus.
