Ruth told to stay away. She doesn't

************************* Last night at approximately 9 p.m., City Police arrested 41-year-old Ruth Daigle of 26 Pinder Drive.

Ms. Daigle is charged with three counts of breach of an undertaking.

It is alleged that on July 31, August 22 and August 26, the accused attended at a West End residence while on a release document with conditions to stay away from that residence.

************************* Break and enter

A residence in 100 block of Breton Road was broken into yesterday. Alcohol was taken.

************************* Theft

A bicycle was reported stolen yesterday from the 600 block of Connaught Avenue.

************************* Mischief

- A bus shelter on Trunk Road was damaged yesterday.

- A glass door at the Club Princess, 163 Gore Street was damaged early this morning.

- Two youths were seen damaging a mailbox in the 1100 block of Third Line East. One youth had a red shirt on. Both youths were carrying packsacks. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the City Police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
