Russell Reid accused of high-speed impaired driving

**************************** On May 16 at approximately 8:34 p.m., police observed a motor vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on MacDonald Avenue.

The officers stopped the vehicle and the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested.

Charged with impaired operation and consuming over the legal limit as well as driving while disqualified was Russell John Reid, aged 40, of 1245 Wellington Street East.

He will appear in court in June.
