Rotary announces big anniversary dinner

************************* Sault North Rotary is pleased to announce they will be celebrating 40 years as a service club this year.

The club was sponsored by the Sault Ste. Marie Downtown Rotary Club and received their charter on May 20, 1971.

Today’s club enjoys a membership of 48, and is comprised of community-minded business persons and retired individuals dedicated to public service designed to foster international understanding, goodwill and peace.

The occasion will be celebrated by an anniversary dinner on May 18, 2011, to be held at The Grand Gardens.

Current and past Rotarians are encouraged to attend and enjoy an evening of fellowship hosted by the Sault North Rotary Club.

Rev. Dennis Posno will address guests which include local and out-of-town current and past Rotarians, charter members, exchange students and past district governors, including Bruce Dewhirst and Dave Seabrook.
