************************* Intoxicated male arrested at Sault Casino

Eighteen-year-old Derek Rosso of 51 Alden Road was arrested on the 11th of January at 3:20 a.m. on Bay Street and charged with one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled drug or substance, one count of consuming liquor under the age of 19 years and intoxicated in a public place under the Liquor Licence Act.

It is alleged that City Police received a call to the Sault Casino just after 3 a.m. on the 11th of January regarding an intoxicated male to be removed.

Officers attended and arrested the male in the front lobby and at the time he was found to be in possession of approximately 55 grams of marijuana.

He is to appear in court on the 23rd of February.
