Ronald Beith charged with impaired driving

************************** Ronald Beith, age 48, of 9 Labelle Avenue was arrested at 2:55 a.m. today at his residence and charged with one count of consuming over the legal limit.

It is alleged that on the 20th of June at approximately 2:47 a.m., City Police received information regarding a possible impaired driver that had been passed out in his vehicle in the parking lot of a local restaurant on Great Northern Road.

The driver was followed by a witness to Labelle Avenue as police were called.

Officers attended and checked the accused, who was just exiting his vehicle.

The accused was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

He is to appear in court on the 2lst of July.
