Robert Nicolson accused of drinking and driving

************************* Thirty-seven-year-old Robert Nicolson of 68 Koprash Court was arrested on the 22nd of June at 3:10 p.m. on Laronde Avenue and charged with one count of consume over the legal limit.

It is alleged that on the 22nd of June just before 3 p.m., City Police received information regarding a possible impaired driver in the area of Laronde Avenue.

The vehicle was stopped in the area and the driver was given a roadside screening breath test, which he failed.

He was transported to the police station and failed the breath test conducted at the station.

He is to appear in court on the 28th of July.
