Rob McGregor charged with impaired driving at Strathclair

************************* Forty-five-year-old Robert McGregor of 43 Market Street was arrested on the 27th of July at 8:08 p.m. in the parking lot of the Strathclair ball field on Black Road and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consuming over the legal limit.

It is alleged that at approximately 8:02 p.m. last night, City Police conducting radar patrol stopped a vehicle that had been speeding on Black Road and at the time the driver, the accused, was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

He is to appear in court on the 31st of August.
