Richard Falardeau charged with drinking & driving

************************* Don't drink and drive!

ELLIOT LAKE, ON - While working on general patrol in the area of Westhill Road in Elliot Lake on July 10, 2010, at approximately 10:31 p.m., an officer of the East Algoma OPP conducted a traffic stop of a three-wheel all-terrain vehicle. Through investigation the driver was charged.

Charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams is Richard Falardeau (21) of Elliot Lake.

Falardeau is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on August 10, 2010.
