************************* Eighteen-year-old Riccardo Policicchio of 1001 Second Line West has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of breach of release documents.

It is alleged that the accused, on the 22nd of April, attended at Sears at the Station Mall and that at approximately 8:30 p.m. the accused selected three items [not exactly as illustrated] from the men’s wear department.

He then [allegedly] exited the store without making any attempt to pay for the items.

The accused was apprehended by store security and held for police.

The accused failed to notify the courts of his change of address and in doing so [allegedly] breached his undertaking.
