************************* Yesterday evening just after 8 p.m. an intoxicated male was at the Station Mall and was taken into custody by mall security.

The male threatened to return to the mall and kill the security officer.

City Police responded and arrested 40-year-old Mark Todd Irwin of 264 Wellington Street East.

He was charged with one count of threatening death and one count of causing a disturbance.

He is scheduled to appear in court on January 15.
