Dear Moderator

Please accept this as an open letter to MP Brian Hayes and The Harper Government re Ray Delgado and his wife Lesly.

Mr. Delgado came to Canada from Mexico in 2007 to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science at Algoma University.

He received approval upon Graduation to work in Canada and obtained employment with a local web development firm.

He married a year ago and his wife is employed at a local hotel.

Now due to misinformation from Immigration Canada he was forced to leave his job and to shortly leave this Country.

Here we have a young couple, educated and employed not on Social assistance as many immigrants these days seem to end up, but have fit in as contributing Canadians

This is a travesty and I think the MP for Sault Ste Marie, Mr Hayes, should show some leadership and rectify this unfortunate situation immediately for this deserving young couple.

IT professionals are in demand world wide and here we are deporting a Canadian trained one.
