City Police received information on February 18th from Elgin County OPP that 35 year old Quentin Carrick may be in the Sault.
 
Mr. Carrick was unlawfully at large from the St.Thomas Ontario Regional Mental Health facility since February 15th.
 
Alert patrol officers checked a local downtown hotel at approximately 2:30 in the morning and located Mr. Carrick in one of the rooms.
 
He was arrested without incident at that time and brought to the City Police station where arrangements are currently being made to transport him back to St.Thomas.
