A downed power line blocked traffic on Arizona Avenue this morning.
PUC says crews remain on scene as of 10:30 a.m. working to restore power.
Police briefly blocked traffic from entering Arizona Avenue at Shannon Road this morning while PUC trucks were enroute.
A garbage truck could be seen at the site of the downed wire. PUC says it appears the truck clipped the wire.
