PUC continues search for new president

PUC Services Inc. has selected the executive search firm, Sartor and Associates, to lead the search for a new president and chief executive officer. As announced earlier this summer, current President and CEO Dominic Parrella will step down from the position once his replacement has been selected.

Sartor and Associates, based in Toronto Ontario, specializes in the recruitment of senior business executives and have extensive experience recruiting leaders in the energy and utility sectors. Larry Sartor, managing partner of Sartor and Associates, will be leading the search.

Sartor and Associates have worked with the PUC Services Board of Directors Selection Committee to develop a candidate profile that describes the person the Board is looking for to lead the organization into the future. This profile is now posted on Sartor and Associates website as well as on the PUC website.

This is a critical time in our history to ensure the next leader continues and builds on the successes the organization has shown over those past 100 years,” says, PUC Services Board Chair, Jim Boniferro. “Larry Sartor and his team have the experience and the network to ensure we conduct a global search, while recognizing the valuable and talented pool of local candidates.”

The new president and CEO will be challenged to demonstrate sound leadership and strategic expertise to articulate and advance the company’s vision, mission and objectives. This position is responsible for the effective long-term delivery of financial, operational, safety, customer, community and government key results.
