Interruption date:  August 10, 2011 at 5:52 a.m. Customers affected:  8320

Number of customers restored: 8320   Restored at:  6:08 a.m.

Cause of interruption: Foreign interference - animal contact

Description of area involved: Elizabeth St east to city limits, south of  McNabb
