Possession charges laid after Biggings Ave drug raid

************************* On the 14th of April at approximately 11:50 a.m. officers from the CORE (street team) Unit, Joint Forces Drug Unit and Patrol Services executed a search warrant at 179 Biggings Avenue.

During the course of the search, officers located 26 grams of cannabis marijuana, 1.2 grams of cannabis resin, along with several digital scales and various drug paraphernalia.

The estimated street value of the drugs seized was $540.

As a result, 22-year-old Adam Kinney and 30-year-old Glen Gregoire both of 179 Biggings Avenue were arrested at 11:55 a.m. at the residence and each charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance.

They are to appear in court on the 26th of May.
