Police seek witnesses of crash at Conmee and John

CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASE ************************* The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Traffic Unit is requesting the public’s assistance with an investigation into a motor vehicle collision that occurred on June 7 at 5:24 p.m.

************************* The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Traffic Unit is requesting the public’s assistance with an investigation into a motor vehicle collision that occurred on June 7 at 5:24 p.m. at the intersections of Conmee Avenue and John Street.

The collision happened in the intersection and involved a green 1995 GMC Jimmy and a black Ford Ranger pickup truck.

The driver of the GMC Jimmy had to be transported to hospital by ambulance for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Both vehicles were moderately damaged.
