Police respond to domestic incident

On February 1, 2013 at approximately 2:10am officer attended a residence in the 600 block of Second Line West regarding a domestic related incident.

On attending officers found that both of the involved persons were on court orders with conditions.

A male age 32 is currently on a recognizance with conditions of not to be at the victims place of residence, not to consume alcohol, not to molest harass or physically interfere with the victim and not to communicate with the victim. 

The accused was arrested for 4 counts of breach of recognizance and will appear in bail court on February 1, 2013 at 10:00am. 

The second person in question, a female age 21 is on conditions not to molest, harass or physically interfere with the victim and also not to communicate with the victim. 

The accused is charged with two counts of breach of undertaking and will appear in bail court on February 1, 2013 at 10:00am.
