On February 7, 2016 at 2:40 p.m., city police arrested a 30-year-old male who was wanted on two warrants for domestic related matters.
It is alleged that the accused had breached the conditions of his recognizance of bail.
The accused ran from police and with the assistance of a member of the public was caught a short distance away.
It is further alleged that he resisted arrest by struggling with the officers.
The accused was charged with breach of recognizance X 3 and resist arrest.
He will be appearing in bail court on February 8, 2016.
