Police follow erratic vehicle. Jonathan arrested

On April 18, 2014 at approximately 2:20 a.m., city police were in the area of Albert Street East at Blutcher Street.

They followed a vehicle that was driving in an erratic manner.

The driver Jonathan Paul Gassi age 42 of Queen Street East, was arrested for [allegedly] having care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired and [allegedly] having care and control of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol over the legal limit.

The accused will appear in court on May 26, 2014 at 9 a.m.
