Police catch up with Ralph Burby

************************* 22-year-old Ralph Burby of #12-874 Queen Street East was arrested on the 13th of September at his residence and charged with one count of assault and one count of fail to appear for fingerprints.

It is alleged that the accused assaulted a female resident known to him at his apartment complex by punching her in the head several times.

There were no injuries reported to the victim.

When officers ran a check on the accused they discovered that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for fail to appear for fingerprints from the 5th of September.

The accused is to appear in court on the 15th of October.
