Plans for Wellington Square Mall facelift revealed

Goudy Real Estate Corp. has revealed its plans for the upcoming transformation of Wellington Square Mall. 

The Shoppes on Transcanada will have Giant Tiger and Food Basics as its anchor tenants, and is slated to include a new facade, parking lot and pylon signage. 

Here's a list of confirmed tenants so far: 

• I.D.A
• Winexpert
• H&R Block 
• Dollar Tree 
• Jiffy Lube
• Subway

Two retail spaces on the site plan for The Shoppes on Transcanada appear to have been set aside for 'burgers' and a national coffee chain.
