Pina Di Flumeri (left) was among the first Saultites to snap up her copy today of Essential Believing for the Christian Soul, the new book by St. Mary's College teacher Michael Joachim Girard.

Girard was at the Station Mall Coles outlet this afternoon doing his famous-author autographing thing with inestimable assistance from his smiling daughter Alex and his other smiling daughter Christina (right).

Michael's just-published book is available at both Coles stores in the Sault, as well as at Dunn's Authors, Scripture Gift & Book Shop and Phare Lighthouse.

The book's 'official' launch is at 7 p.m. July 19 at Loplops Lounge and Gallery.
