************************* Robbery at Pharma Plus on Churchill Blvd
Investigation Services with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are currently investigating a robbery at Pharma Plus on Churchill Boulevard that occurred at approximately 10:09 a.m. this morning.
A lone male walked into the pharmacy, produced a note that said he had a gun and demanded oxycontin.
The clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of the prescription medication and the male fled on foot from the pharmacy.
No weapon was produced and no physical injuries were reported.
The suspect was described as a male, around 25-30 years old, approximately 5’11”, around 180-200 pounds, medium build, scruffy black hair, with moustache, brown eyes, wearing an over-sized navy hoodie and a dark ball hat with writing on it.
