Pepper spray + brass knuckles + coke + stolen car = busted

Two Sault men are facing multiple criminal charges after officers on routine patrol found them in a stolen vehicle on Friday night, together with brass knuckles, some pepper spray, two grams of cocaine and an assortment of little ziplock bags in varying sizes.

Both men were under court orders that prohibited them from possessing weapons, as well as conditions of probation that required them to be excruciatingly well-behaved.

Twenty-nine-year old Kenny Frigault of 168 Pim was charged with two counts of having weapons dangerous to the public, two counts of possession of weapons while prohibited, one count of carrying a concealed weapon, one of possession of stolen property, one of breach of probation and one count of possession for purposes of trafficking. Cody Cuthbertson, age 23 of 29 Ferguson is charged with two counts of having weapons dangerous to the public, two counts of possession of weapons while prohibited, one of possession of stolen property, one of breach of probation and one count of possession for purposes of trafficking.

Frigault and Cuthbertson will appear in bail court tomorrow.
