************************* Suspicious male complaint nets local man several charges

ELLIOT LAKE, ON - On March 1, 2008, at 1:36 a.m. police received a call of a suspicious male entering yards on Dieppe Avenue.

Police located the suspect and through investigation the suspect was charged.

Charged with the following is Paul Wade Benoy (42) of Elliot Lake:

- Trespass/prowl near dwelling house (X2)

- Break, enter

- Mischief under $5,000 (X2).

Benoy is scheduled to appear in court in Elliot Lake on April 8, 2008.

Investigation continuing.
