Patricia Neyland charged with drinking and driving

OPP NEWS RELEASE

****************************** HERRICK TWP - At 5 a.m. this morning OPP pulled over a 2000 Chevy Venture van travelling northbound on Highway 17 in Herrick Township.

Investigation revealed that the driver had [allegedly] been drinking alcohol.

31-year-old Patricia Neyland of 64 Superior St. in Batchewana Bay was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol.

The accused was released and is to appear in Provincial Court on 15 November 2010.
