Forty-three-year-old Allan Lee of 4331 Odile Street in Hanmer, Ontario was picked up by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service last night after he allegedly tried to get OxyContin using a forged prescription at the Wal-Mart Pharmacy.

Forty-three-year-old Allan Lee of 4331 Odile Street in Hanmer, Ontario was picked up by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service last night after he allegedly tried to get OxyContin using a forged prescription at the Wal-Mart Pharmacy.

Police say it happened just after 5 p.m. last night.

He appeared in video court today on a charge of uttering a forged document.
