Sault Ste. Marie MPP David Orazietti returns to one of his priority issues at Queen's Park tomorrow.

He will re-introduce the Wireless Phone, Smart Phone and Data Service Transparency Act in the provincial legislature.

The proposed legislation calls for greater protection and transparency for consumers of cell phones, smart phones and mobile data devices.

Originally introduced in 2010 as Bill 133, the legislation passed First Reading on November 16, 2010.

All-party support was available at Second Reading on April 14, 2011.
