OPP investigate assault on three people

************************* AWERES TWP, ON - Early this morning at approximately 2 a.m., OPP were called to a residence on Hiltz Road in Aweres Township regarding an alleged assault on three people.

All three victims, two males and one female, received non life-threatening injuries.

One victim (male) was transported to Sault Area Hospital and later released.

This incident is in its preliminary stage of investigation and further information will be provided as it becomes available.
