************************* Just after 10 p.m. yesterday evening City police responded to a call of three males on the roof top of 503 Bay Street.

Upon arrival officers observed three males matching that description exiting an open area of the building.

All three were arrested.

A 15-year-old youth has been charged with one count of break and enter and one count of personation with intent for giving the officers a false name.

A 17-year-old youth has been charged with one count of break and enter, one count of possession of stolen property and one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance.

A 16-year-old youth has been charged with one count of break and enter, one count of possession of stolen property and one count of possession of housebreaking tools.

All three males are to appear in court on the 14th of August.
