City Police Detectives concluded a case where it is alleged a male victim was struck about the head with a handgun.

The incident is alleged to have occurred on the 16 April 2013 at a local eating establishment.

Charged with assault with a weapon is Alexander Mckenna (age 35).

He will be appearing in bail court on the 31 January 2014 at 10:00 AM.
