No explanation for Algoma Power outage in Echo Bay area (update)

Update:
Algoma Power Inc's Twitter account is reporting that power has been restored as of 4:53 p.m.

Anyone still without power is asked to contact the company at 1-844-901-WIRE.

Algoma Power is reportedly suffering an unplanned power outage.

The outage has reportedly covered locations from Echo Bay east to St. Joseph's Island.

Algoma Power Inc. has acknowledged the outage on their Twitter page and say they are investigating but they do not yet have an estimated time when power will be restored.
